Cancelation policy
My cancellation policy is simple: if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $20 cancellation fee. I know how important it is to have a clean and tidy home, but I also understand that life gets busy. We are here to help you, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Mid-Service Cancelation policy
At Harbor Housekeeping, My goal is to make your life easier by providing top-notch cleaning services. However, I have a cancellation policy in place that states if you cancel your appointment mid-service, you will still be required to pay the full price agreed upon before the cleaning started. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding
